Molding - Sand Preparation

We have 2 molding lines.

I. Molding line:

High pressure green sand molding line, sizes of mold 2000x1000x680/300 mm.

II. Molding Line:

High pressure green sand  horizontal molding line, sizes of mold 800x1260x200/200 mm.

Manual Molding Line:

Production capacity of maximum 15 tons per pieces. 

Sand Preparation:

By means of seperate for each molding line, 5 Eirich pugmill and sand preparation system each for 60 ton/hour capacity.
