Elginkan Foundation Kindergarten Building, which has 2 classes, 1 dining hall, kitchen and laboratories was built in the garden of Ümraniye Mediha Tansel Primary School donated to the Ministry of the National Education.

The school, which cost 222.000 TL together with environmental planning and equipment, was opened to service in 2005 and 80 children of ours started education with double schooling.
